GEA Agronet information system acts in all its business operations in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection.

Right to rectification and completion

The data subject has the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning them rectified without undue delay. Depending on the purpose of processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

Right to erasure of personal data

The data subject has the right to have their personal data erased by the controller.

The controller is obliged to erase the data referred to in the previous paragraph without undue delay where: the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing was based; the data subject has objected to the processing in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection; and in other cases prescribed by the Law on Personal Data Protection.
